Refund Requests

If for any reason your order did not meet your standards or you did not enjoy the product you recieved, you may be eligible for a refund. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please submit all refund requests via email to with a brief description of why you are requesting a refund and your original order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

After your refund request has been submitted by email per the instructions above, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged. Send us an email at to initiate an exchange.
